The Springfield Terminal Railway provides freight rail service in Tewksbury.


Billerica and Tewksbury are members of the Lowell Regional Transit Authority (LRTA), which provides fixed bus service between Lowell, Billerica and Tewksbury. Limited paratransit services are available for the elderly and disabled through the town and to Boston.

Technology Park is located 40 minutes from Boston's Logan International Airport. The airfield is comprised of six runways, 14 miles of taxiway, and 237 acres of concrete and asphalt apron and 102 gate positions.

Manchester • Boston Regional Airport

The Manchester/Boston Regional Airport is located less than fifty miles north of Boston, and offers a convenient alternative to Logan International Airport. The largest airport in northern New England, it currently handles more than 200 commercial passengers and air cargo flights each day.
